Gloria Victis has just kicked off a new season and rolled out a massive update that introduced a new feudal system for Realm vs. Realm vs. Realm (RvRvR). Guilds can now own national locations and reap profits and discounts as long as they remain in control of the location.

The ownership of a location is determined by Fief points earned through defending and caring for it. Locations will be assigned to the nation that captured it, with the owner of a given location being determined based on accumulated Fief Points. Guilds can accumulate Fief Points by actively participating in activities within the location, such as defeating enemies, building structures, completing quests and joining events in the area, delivering supplies to the Bastion, and crafting.

The introduction of the feudal system offers new strategic possibilities and incentives for guilds to engage in RvRvR combat and build up captured locations. Players can also expect an update to the castle management system, new guild events, and various tweaks to combat, repairing, loot, and the AI. The full patch notes offers a detailed rundown of what’s new and what’s changed. You’ll find that on the Gloria Victis Steam page.
