Pantheon: Rise Of The Fallen Is Finally Launching Into Early Access In December

It’s been 10 years since Pantheon: Rise of the Fallen was first announced alongside an $800,000 Kickstarter campaign which unfortunately failed to reach its funding goal. Even so, Visionary Realms stubbornly refused to throw in the towel and continued working on the high fantasy MMORPG with the help of funding from fans and multiple investors.

Now, it’s finally counting down the months until its long-awaited early access launch which has now been confirmed for December, five years after the death of its creator and MMORPG luminary Brad McQuaid’s death.

“Early Access will allow further development and refinement of the game while being played on a global scale,” says Visionary Realms. “We’ve nailed every single release date since December 2023. And you seem to be having a blast. It’s time to let more people in.”

The early access build promises six playable races, 12 classes to choose from, and six massive zones to explore. For now, the seasonal pre-alpha tests will continue as before and supporter packs will remain on sale right up until the game’s early access launch. Supporters will receive a copy of the early access release at no extra cost along with their respective perks which will no longer be available after Pantheon’s early access launch. They’ll also be able to jump in a few days ahead of launch.
