SMITE Celebrates 8th Birthday With New Skins And The New Chibi Bot Battle Pass
Hi-Rez Studios’ mythology-inspired third person MOBA SMITE is celebrating its 8th birthday today and the team is marking the occasion with two new events, a new battle pass, and a new set of god skins.
First up is the Heavenly Light event which comes with new skins for players to unlock or purchase as well as new questlines to complete. New skins include the Funny Bones for Baron Samedi, Electro Dancer for Shiva, and Queen of Cards for Izanami. The event is set to run for the next four months.
Next on the list is the Birthday Art Event which will give players the chance to obtain community-made avatars, jump stamps, and global emotes, as well as boosters and gems by participating in each day’s birthday event. Players can also grab the new Husky Handler skin for Skadi during the event.
To top it all off, Hi-Rez has also released a new battle pass that features cutesy chibi bot skins for Cupid, Ymir, Thoth, and Hades.
