TERA's Dawnfall Update Has Arrived, The Isle Of Dawn Has Been Devastated

TERA's Dawnfall update has arrived, bringing with it a devastated re-imagining of The Isle of Dawn. The core of this update is the massive overhaul of The Isle of Dawn. The World Tree has been destroyed, leaving the once idyllic starter zone a burning "wasteland crawling with foul creatures." It is now a "level 65 BAM hunting ground" with new story quests, new dailies, and reward tokens that players can exchange for Tier 7 and 8 gear, accessories, or crafting components.

The update also sees the return of the Dreadspire dungeon. There, players will find "classic dungeon bosses with updated skills and powers." Rewards include Tier 9 gear and a "fiery black lion mount" called Smolder.

Additionally, Forsaken Island has received a Hard mode. Players who decide to take on the challenge will be faced with "even more lethal versions" of three of TERA's most difficult bosses. Rewards matching the level of challenge are promised.
