Iron Gate Studio is preparing a “fairly meaty” patch for Valheim which it says will be coming soon to the multiplayer Viking survival game. How meaty? Well, let’s just say that it won’t be enough to feed hungry warriors in the mead hall but will probably be enough meat for a large longhouse.

The meat of the patch will be dedicated to adjusting and fixing various aspects of gameplay such as improvements to ballista targeting, balance tweaks for the newly-released Mistlands zone, adjustments to fishing and associated rewards, and the ability to turn off flashing lights and those annoying talking ravens.

There’s also expect a new item, a new building piece, and a bunch of network fixes, bug fixes, and more. There’s no release window for the patch as of yet but Iron Gate says its coming soon.
