WoW’s World-Breaking Dragon Deathwing Will Be The Newest Addition To Heroes Of The Storm
We’ve seen a lot of powerful characters from the Blizzard universe enter the Nexus but none of them have even come close to actually destroying a world. Meet the next member of the Heroes of the Storm cast, The Destroyer, The Black Scourge, the big black dragon formerly known as Neltharion, Mr. Worldbreaker himself, DDD-Deathwing! Technically, he just broke the game world into itty-bitty parts but that's still counts for something.
“You’ve felt the tremors of his approach; now prepare for the unmaking of your world as Deathwing descends upon the Nexus. Not content to lay waste to World of Warcraft and Hearthstone, The Worldbreaker has set his sights on the realms of the Nexus to spread his reign of death and destruction.
The Hour of Twilight falls, mortals. Bow before The Destroyer, or burn beneath the shadow of his wings!”
Deathwing has the ability to switch between two forms: Destroyer and Worldbreaker, each with a different set of abilities. He can also use his wings to soar into the sky and regain his health while surveying the battlefield. He can then slam back down into the ground, dealing damage to nearby enemies, and assume one of his two forms.
His Heroic Ability, Cataclysm, allows the mighty dragon to fly over a target path, dealing damage on impact, and leaving behind scorched ground that can deal damage to enemies for a short period of time.
