Aurcus Online Overview
Aurcus Online is a 3D mobile action MMORPG that brings a classic PC MMORPG experience to mobile, with no automated gameplay or excessive graphics pleading for microtransactions. Setting itself apart from many other mobile games, Aurcus features a combat system that relies on the player's ability to aim their attacks with a reticle and dodge enemy fire, which requires more skill than the usual targeted auto-attack system. Create a character and choose from four starting classes: Swordsman, Cleric, Magician, and Scout, which each branch into two advanced classes. Complete a variety of NPC-led quests and sub-quests with typical demands, such as killing enemies, collecting items, or completing dungeons, and team up with other players out in the wild to tackle Field Missions. Other multiplayer content includes guilds, dungeons, and PvP arenas.

- PvP Deathmatch Arena – enter the game's PvP arena for all out battles against other players in real time.
- Field Missions – fight against boss monsters with other players out in the open field when Field Missions are announced in the game's chat log.

Development History / Background:
Aurcus Online is developed and published by Asobimo, Inc., a Japanese mobile game developer notable for its development of popular MMORPGs such as Toram Online, Avabel Online, and Iruna Online, one of the first MMORPGs to ever be made for the mobile platform that boasts over 3.5 million users. Their games are typically visually impressive and similiar to PC MMORPGs, and are most often created for a Japanese audience. Aurcus was originally open for play in February 24, 2012 to Japanese players in an open alpha, which was ended in July 2012 for the open beta to begin on July 13, 2012. Its beta lasted for six months, finally moving to a full Japan-only release on December 21, 2012. Asobimo has been slow to move its games to global releases, its global version not being released until around three years later on January 6, 2012.
