Gods and Idols Overview
Gods and Idols is an upcoming free-to-play persistent MMORTS based around intergalactic gods in their struggle for domination over the universe. Play as a descendant of Oberon, father of the gods, as one of the ascended humans in a tragic storyline written by fantasy writer Shon Pan. Explore the universe as an immortal being capable of refashioning entire planets into wonderlands for your followers, who raise temples in your honor and build massive war fleets to help expand your empire. Use your wide array of abilities to remove radiation from stars, unleash artificial supernovas using alien artifacts, or change the ecosystem to benefit your worshipers' situations. Play with hundreds of other players to create alliances, wage war against foes, and dominate the universe on a massive game scale that follows an epic storyline influenced by your actions.

The game is moving to Steam's Early Access on December 12, 2016 in its open alpha, and will stay in Early Access until the game's balancing is completed.
