Creativerse is a free to play Minecraft inspired sandbox game developed and published by Playful corporation. The core gameplay is very similar to Minecraft and even though it doesn't really feel like an "MMO" the game does bill itself as such. Players can play in their own "worlds" (think servers) or join others. Like SkySaga, the game focuses on crafting, exploration, and combat. All three elements play a key role in the game. Visually speaking, the art style is similar to Minecraft, but much crisper. The game is actually very well received on Steam and given that its free to play, it's well worth checking out. It's easily one of the best Minecraft alternatives out there.
