Soul Saver Online is a free to play 2D side scrolling MMORPG published by Netgame. In its core Soul Saver is very similar to MapleStory as everything from the combat to visuals to the world map look quite similar. The game originally launched in 2006 or 2007 as Ghost Online, but that version shut down in 2012. Soul Saver Online launched on Steam on April 5, 2017. Alongside Wonderking Online, La Tale, and Wind Slayer Online, Soul Saver is one of the few side scrolling MMORPGs out there.
