3rd Century Asian Open World Sandbox ‘Myth Of Empires’ Kicks Off Global Closed Beta
Myth of Empires, an upcoming medieval Asian open-world sandbox MMO, has kicked off its first closed beta test following a series of alpha tests earlier this year. The closed beta test will run until October 10th and is open to everyone around the globe. Signups are still open on Steam.
“Myth of Empires is set in ancient Asia, allowing players to experience the harsh conditions of a country torn apart by war with as much freedom as possible. Individuals will need to bond together - either with NPCs or other players -, forming factions, fighting for survival and dominance, establishing their rule and leading armies in massive battles, sieging enemy cities and securing server-wide empires.”
The game is being developed by Chinese studio Angela Games and published by Hong Kong-based Imperium Interactive Entertainment, the same studios behind WWII online RTS Iron Conflict.
