Aika Online Shutting Down on September 15, 2021 After Running for 10 Years

T3Fun announced last week that Aika Online, their PvP focused '1000 vs 1000' MMORPG will be shutting down on September 15, 2021. While the game was never popular enough to field 2,000+ players on a single battlefield, it's still sad to see yet another MMORPG shut down, especially one that's been running since 2010. Given that Aika was largely dead in the West for the last few years, there's little chance any other publisher will pick up the game, especially since the developer itself is shutting down the global English service.

The only saving grace here is that the game remains available in South Korea and still gets updated regularly over there. The few Western fans of Aika will be able to play over on the Korean service with a little bit of effort.

Hello Aitans,

First, we would like to thank everyone who has supported Aika up until today. Unfortunately, we must announce that Aika will end its service on September 15th, 2021, at 00:00 EST. We hope that you enjoyed the time you spent in the world of Lakia.

Please accept our sincerest apologies that we cannot maintain the game indefinitely. This isn't a decision that we came to lightly and we really hope for your understanding.

Although the server will close soon, we will still have our final event that everyone can enjoy!

User Care Daily Quest Event - August 11 to September 15
- NPC provide Quest when login
- After completing the quest, you will be able to select one of the 3 rewards.

Buff Event - August 11 to September 15
- Upgrade current buff, provide high level buff and lower price cost.
- x3 Exp.

Service Termination Schedule
- 2021/08/11 : Server Close Notice and Aika Top-up Link will be removed.
- 2021/09/15 : Service Close and Client Download will be removed.
- 2021/09/17 : Website and Forum will be removed.

[Note] You can continue to recharge T Coin through the T3Fun website until the end of the service, but after AIKA service is terminated, the charged T Coin and remaining T Coin cannot be used for AIKA service.
