Albion Online Drops Knightfall Update And Temporarily Disables Roads Of Avalon
Hear ye, hear ye! Albion Online’s big Knightfall update has descended upon us like a knight in shining armor, and it’s got some pretty nifty new features. While Sandbox Interactive may not have gone all out with this update, it’s still a pretty sizable continuation of the Beyond the Veil content arc.
If you’re a fan of crafting and riding around on majestic beasts, then you’ll love the new craftables and mounts that have been added to the game. But the real highlight of the patch is the brand-spanking-new Mists dungeon, Knightfall Abbey.
The icing on the cake is the introduction of WASD keyboard movement as an alternative to the standard mouse-clicking madness.
To celebrate the arrival of Knightfall, developer Sandbox Interactive is hosting a build contest and offering double Twitch drops all week long. However, they did run into a bit of trouble this morning with the Roads of Avalon and have temporarily disabled the zone while they work on a fix.
