Aliens: Fireteam Elite Season 2 Kicks Off December 14 Alongside New Endeavor DLC
With the first season of Aliens: Fireteam Elite nearing its inevitable end, developer Cold Iron Studios is now looking towards the start of Season 2. The next season kicks off on December 14th on all platforms and will feature the addition of a new game mode called Point Defense.
“This fast-paced alternative to Horde Mode will challenge players in a new survival-based defensive match where your fireteam must protect, repair, and hold three different strategic points through multiple attack waves from the xenomorph hive. Players can unlock up to 20 new rewards by completing the mode at various difficulties.”
Aside from a new game mode, the upcoming season will also introduce Lifetime Stats, new challenge cards, along with new cosmetics, weapons, and attachments. Season 2 will also mark the release of the second Endeavor Pass DLC: the Nostromo Salvage Pack. The new pack will contain a variety of exclusive items, including Nostromo-themed class kit skins as well as new weapon colors, decals, head accessories, and emotes.
