Bierzerkers Launches As A Free-To-Play Title

Shield Break Studios' Bierzerkers is an online, melee-focused multiplayer arena game. It originally launched on Steam Early Access as a buy-to-play title last July. With today's release, the developers have decided to listen to the community and make the game free-to-play.

The free-to-play system is set up in a way that players have access to one character for free—the Raider. The other four characters must be purchased either individually for $5.99 or together as a pack for $19.99—the pack is discounted to $14.99 for the week of release. All other content, such as maps and modes, is available for free.

Bierzerkers can be downloaded now on Steam.
