Book Of Travels Unveils 2020 Roadmap, Early Access Launch Scheduled For October

Book of Travels is slowly nearing its Steam Early Access release later this year and developer Might and Delight couldn’t be any more excited. The Swedish studio has just revealed their 2020 roadmap for the game on their Kickstarter page which includes beta testing in May and June followed by the game’s Early Access launch in October.

“It’s hard to believe that we’re actually only nine months away from Early Access! Next month we’ll be deciding what to include in the beta – and it’s a pretty exciting task, because right now we’re seeing some key levels really come to life. We’re also working on our UI and we know a fair few of you are keen to see some screenshots, so we’re looking forward to including some in our next newsletter. And now we can finally share our two key play dates: in May and June we’ll be beta testing and October brings us to early access. (Are you a beta tester? More info is coming soon!”

For those of you who don’t know, Book of Travels is an upcoming fantasy sandbox MMORPG uniquely-inspired by children’s books. The game managed to raise over $260,000 during their month-long Kickstarter campaign last year and features hand-painted environments coupled with laid-back roleplay-focused game mechanics.
