Continent Of The Ninth Seal's Third Raebin Update Is Here

WEBZEN announced today that Continent of the Ninth Seal's third Raebin update has gone live. The update introduces a new dungeon, called the "Eternal Spring of Endor," which is situated "at the most treacherous place in Raebin, surrounded by vicious monsters under the control of Nefer." The Eternal Spring of Endor tasks players with defeating any monsters they encounter and "discovering the secret of Water Dragon Artesia." Rewards for completing the dungeon include "the new Ultimate Rare materials 'Woobo's Skin' and 'Shining Spirit of War.'"

The update also introduces "Nightmare Mode," which gives players a chance at earning "Pieces of Nightmare" and "Essence of Nightmare," and "new Ultimate Rare weapons for each class."

To celebrate the release of the third Raebin update, WEBZEN is hosting an event called "Tracing Dark Scout" from now until October 11th. The event rewards players with Traces of Nightmare, "Bloody Corps equipment parts," Skill Books, and more for simply finding and defeating the Dark Scout. The Dark Scout has a random chance of appearing in "any dungeon with Expert or Master difficulty in 3rd-6th continent," with higher difficulties offering greater chances of it appearing.
