Crimson Desert Still In Development Based On New Motion Capture Footage

It’s been a while since we last heard from Crimson Desert, Pearl Abyss’ upcoming Black Desert Online spinoff MMO. The good news is that the team is still hard at work on the game based on their latest post on Twitter.

The latest tweet from the devs features actors doing motion capture work in the studio’s newly-expanded motion capture facility in South Korea which have been fitted with more than 120 cameras “to capture the best action feels and angles.”

Unfortunately, the fact that they’re still doing motion captures doesn’t bode well for the game’s planned release this winter. On the other hand, fans probably won’t mind as much considering how the gaming community now feels about rushed game releases.
