Survival Games DayZ And Icarus On Sale As Part Of A ‘The Day After’ Collab Bundle On Steam
Bohemia Interactive and RocketWerkz are riding on the back of The Day Before’s recent rise to infamy with a cheeky sale for their respective survival games. DayZ and Icarus are both on sale at 33% off as part of a collaboration bundle called “The Day After Survival Sale Bundle.”
“This limited-time offer represents a unique partnership between the publishers of DayZ and Icarus,” reads the bundle’s Steam page. “It provides players with a chance to experience the stark contrasts of survival—from the relentless threats of a zombie-infested landscape to the unexplored dangers of an extraterrestrial planet.”
Bohemia Interactive also marked the bundle’s release with a savage tweet trumpeting DayZ’s 10th anniversary while also throwing a jab at The Day Before, which earned the studio some pretty scathing remarks in return.
DayZ, as you well know, is the zombie survival game that propelled the genre to immense popularity back in 2013. The game was created by Dean Hall who now owns RocketWerkz and its extraterrestrial survival game Icarus.
If you’ve been looking to get into DayZ or Icarus, or both, now’s a good time to do so as the sale bundle will only be available until December 21st.
