Digimon Masters Online Devs Are Working On A New Digimon MMO

Digimon fans unite because we’ve got an interesting bit of news for you. MoveGames, the studio behind Digimon MMOs such as Digimon Battle and Digimon Masters Online, are currently working on a new MMO called Digimon Super Rumble.

According to one fan forums, the game is based on the Digimon Adventure animated series that premiered in the US in 1999 with a new storyline and brand new original characters. The game is reportedly being developed in Unreal Engine 4 and will feature open-world exploration with turn-based battles using Digimon and their respective evolutions.

MoveGames recently concluded a quick closed beta test in South Korea back in June with no Korean or western launch date announced as of yet, assuming of course that the studio is planning to release the game outside South Korea.
