A number of MMO studios have taken the opportunity to give quarantined gamers a little more incentive to play their games while they’re stuck at home. Here’s what’s up:

Standing Stone Games makes all Lord of the Rings Online and Dungeons and Dragons Online content available to all players, including those locked behind expansion packs, until April 30th. The 5% XP Buddy Bonus will be in effect from March 20th to March 29th in addition to other bonuses from weekend events. The DDO anniversary event will also be running from March 26th to April 30th. Meanwhile, The Curator will be returning from March 26th to April 30th, along with a 10% XP boost and the Baggins’ Birthday event.

My.com is giving Revelation Online players a free bundle that comes with a 30 days of Premium Service, a 30-day Explorer, Battle, and Cultivation Boost, and 1400 Bonus Arum.

Trove has increased drop rates for Mount Talismans and Dragon Fragments, and doubled the companion egg drops in caves.

Neverwinter is doubling Icewind Dale Campaign currencies rewarded for completing various in-game activities from March 19th, 10am PT to March 26th, 10pm PT. Champions Online will also be running a Double XP event until March 31st.

And finally, DC Universe Online is giving everyone access to all of their content and storyline with Open Episodes from March 19th to April 15th. Dimensional Ink will also be introducing a variety of weekly bonuses from now until April 15th. “In the real world, the next few weeks are likely going to be difficult, perhaps scary, definitely isolating,” says the studio. “Here at Dimensional Ink, we can't fundamentally change that - even with all the capes and cowls in the world - but we can do our small part.”

“We know DCUO can be a way to escape or distract from hard times, and we know playing can be a great way to stay connected with friends from the comfort and safety of our own homes,” they add. “For the team, there is an elevated sense of meaning and passion about what we do right now. If we can make anyone's next few weeks easier, that's important to us on an entirely different level.”

Whatever game you choose, remember to keep safe, and may the odds forever be in your favor. (Always wanted to say that.) Have fun everyone.
