Elder Scrolls Online’s Endless Archive Dungeon And Update 40 Now Live On Consoles

Update 40 and its challenging new Endless Archive dungeon are now live on the PlayStation and Xbox versions of Elder Scrolls Online. Like Update 39 before it, Update 40 doesn’t come with a paid DLC and new story quests in line with ZeniMax Online Studios’ renewed focus on delivering more repeatable content.

“Update 40 features the new PvE gameplay activity, Endless Archive, where you must battle your way through dynamic stages with monsters and bosses you’ve encountered all throughout Tamriel,” the studio announced. “Endless Archive can be played solo, or with a friend or Companion, and gives you the opportunity to obtain all sorts of new loot and collectibles including new Class Item Sets, a unique mount, and more.”

The update also features the expanded group finder tool which now also covers arenas, trials, PvP activities, and dungeons, including the new Endless Archive. It also introduced standardized quest XP and gold gains, major changes to the jewelry crafting system, and the new consolidated Grand Master crafting stations.
