The gates of Tamriel have finally opened a little wider for console adventurers! Update 43 is now live on the console versions of Elder Scrolls Online, bringing a highly anticipated feature that’s been available on PC for a few weeks now – Home Tours!

Players on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S can now explore the beautifully crafted homes of their fellow adventurers, marvel at their creativity, and perhaps even snag some inspiration for their own abodes.

Home Tours allows players to browse a curated list of “Recommend” homes, showcasing some of the most impressive and highly rated creations within the ESO community. There’s also a “Browse” option for those who prefer a more exploratory route, allowing them delve into the sheer variety of player-designed homes available in the fantasy MMORPG.

Players can also add their favorite homes to a personalized list for easy revisiting, ensuring they can always drop by whenever the mood strikes.

While PC players might have voiced some concerns about the focus on Home Tours over other housing system improvements, it does unlock a whole new dimension of community engagement as well as a vast pool of inspiration for those looking to get their creative juices flowing.

If you’re more interested in dungeon-delving than decorating, Update 43 also has something for you. It brings new maps and adversaries to the Infinite Archive system along with a slew of quality-of-life fixes to make your adventures through Tamriel just a little bit better.
