Embers Adrift Adds New Zone And New Ashen Monsters As Server Leaks Persist

Stormhaven Studios has opened a new mid-level zone in Embers Adrift for players to explore called Redshore Ridge. The new zone is located in the northeast part of Redshore and was once home to the citizens of Newhaven and the Exiles of Redshore before they abandoned it to be reclaimed by nature and the hostile Snatchscale Tribe. Note that the new zone is now open for exploration but doesn’t have map discoveries as of yet.

The latest game update also introduces new Ashen monster variants, large roaming monsters, item linking in chat, bag indicator UI improvements, and other quality-of-life additions. The update also comes with a handful of bug fixes and server-side improvements which, unfortunately, still doesn’t include a fix for the server memory leak that has been plaguing the game for nearly a month now. The good news is that there have been no game crashes related to the issue after Stormhaven rolled back a previous fix.
