EVE Online introduces a new PvE Event - Rogue Swarm

EVE Online has launched a brand new event, one that'll have players facing off against an angry swarm of drones. Capsuleers will be joining forces with CONCORD to defeat rogue drone infestations across New Eden.

Players will have to find drone nests, and clear them out. If you manage to destroy enough rogue drones, then, quite understandably, the nest's leader will arrive, initiating one final boss fight before your nest clearing is marked as complete.

The event runs until Thursday, June 27th, and players who will be able to clear nests will be rewarded with PLEX, SKINs, Accelerators, and drone blueprints. Rewards scale on how difficult the nest is to take down, and the event is open to players of all skill levels and ships. On top of that, players will have access to a 15% Multiple Character Training discount during the course of this event, available in the New Eden Store.
