Fallout fans are in for a treat today as Amazon announces that the highly awaited and much-hyped Fallout TV series will be premiering on Prime Video tonight, a day earlier than scheduled. That will include all eight episodes of the show’s pilot season with a special interactive premiere event to celebrate its release.

“The special release includes a live global fan premiere of the first episode on April 10 at 6 p.m. PT on Prime Video, where fans worldwide can choose their faction and interact with others via a live chat function filled with surprises,” Amazon announced.

Meanwhile, the showrunners are apparently planning a second season even before the first one comes out. Amazon has yet to confirm this, but Variety reports that the California Film Commission’s announcement of a $152 million tax incentive for several TV shows includes another season of the Fallout TV adaptation.

While a second season will still depend on how well the first season will be received, the commission’s announcement does confirm that it’s definitely on the table. For now, Prime Video subscribers have a long night of binge-watching ahead of them.
