FFXIV announces a Furniture Design Contest, Winner gets Design in-game

We've had gear design contests. We've had screenshot contests. However, Square Enix has announced Final Fantasy XIV's very first Furnishing Design Contest!

The rules and details of the contest are rather simple - players are to design a piece of furniture that can be placed in their housing areas. Anything can be created - from roofs to exterior walls, to windows, doors, tabletop pieces, tables, wall-mounted items. Players have until August 28th, 2017, at 7:59 AM PDT to submit their designs - and 100 items will be chosen! Players who win will receive all six of the items listed below!

There are, however, quite a few rules and regulations regarding entering. People who would like to enter should read up on all of the rules here, and European players who want to enter have their own information here. Good luck, and we can't wait to see what designs will win!
