Final Fantasy 7 Remake Physical Copies Might Be Delayed Says Square Enix
I know the Final Fantasy 7 Remake doesn’t count as an MMO, but I know you guys are also eagerly waiting on updates from Square Enix. So here's the latest news. The good news is that the highly-awaited remake’s launch is still greenlighted for April 10th. The bad news, is that a few people might not be getting their physical copies on the date itself due to “unforeseeable changes in the distribution and retail landscape” caused by the current COVID-19 pandemic.
“We are monitoring the situation on a daily basis and working with our partners, retailers, and Square Enix teams across Europe and Americas, to do everything we can to ensure as many of you as possible can play the game on April 10th,” says Square Enix. The studio also promised to release an update on the situation on March 20th so stay tuned.
