Final Fantasy XIV Celebrates Summer With The Return Of The Moonfire Faire Event

Summer is heating up and Final Fantasy XIV is cooling things down with frozen treats at Costa del Sol as the annual Moonfire Faire returns to the game next week. Head down to the Upper Decks of Limsa Lominsa to start Mayaru Moyaru “Unseasonable Chills” questline for a chance to earn seasonal rewards.

This year’s event will feature the new Polar Bear mount as the biggest reward along with grilled corn, a frozen treat, and a Moonfire Mask Stall furnishing to complete the roundup of new rewards. Event vendors will also be touting wares from previous Moonfire Faires.

The two-week event will run from 1am PDT on August 13 to 8am PDT on August 26. Details can be found on the Final Fantasy XIV official site. Meanwhile, Square Enix has officially unveiled The Ultimate Final Fantasy XIV Cookbook leaked last month. You can check that out in the video below.
