Final Fantasy XIV Brings Back Its Starlight Celebration Winter Event On December 15

Final Fantasy XIV is decking the halls with bright lights, frosty snowmen, and over-sized presents as Starlight Celebration returns this week to the long-running MMORPG. As in celebrations past, the Bearded Lady will set up shop once again in Old Gridania to bring Christmas cheer and rewards.

The winter event begins on Friday, December 15 and will continue through to the end of the month. It’s basically a rerun of previous Starlight Celebrations, but it will give players who’ve yet to earn the Chocobo Topiary housing decoration and the Santa outfit another chance to unlock them along with several other seasonal rewards from past events.

As with all limited-time events, the said rewards and seasonal quests will only be obtainable while the event is active. Event details can be found on the Final Fantasy XIV official site.
