The Final Fantasy XIV Patch 5.5: Death unto Dawn preliminary patch notes are now up on the official site for those who want to dive into the details of the upcoming update. The patch notes includes a rundown of the new Main Scenario Quests and other side quests that will be keeping players busy when the patch arrives on April 13.

The patch notes also reveals the specific requirements for the new Paglth’an dungeon, The Cloud Deck Trial, and the Unreal version of The Whorleater Trial and details the reward and rule changes coming to Triple Triad and Doman Mahjong.

Players can also expect new house furnishings, new company workshop items, balance changes to several quests, trials, and dungeons, and a handful of quality of life improvements.
