Final Fantasy XIV Previews New Omikuji-Styled Quest In This Year’s Heavensturn Event

Final Fantasy XIV is marking the start of a new year with the return of its Heavensturn event which comes with a new Omikuji-inspired quest for players to complete. Omikuji is a Japanese tradition where temple visitors receive a strip of paper with a fortune written on it in exchange for a small offering.
This year’s event also offers new rewards for players to earn, including a new Heavensturn armor set and a Crane Banner housing decoration. The event officially begins on December 31st at 7 a.m. PST and will run until January 16th.
In the meantime, players can still take part in the ongoing Starlight Celebration which will run right up until Heavensturn goes live. Details can be found on the Final Fantasy XIV official site.
