Final Fantasy XIV’s Patch 6.4 ‘The Dark Throne’ Microsite Is Now Live

Are you counting down the days until Final Fantasy XIV Patch 6.4: The Dark Throne, arrives in late May? Well, hold onto your chocobos because you can get a sneak peek at the new features right now! The special site for the patch has just launched, and it's chock-full of exciting tidbits to tide you over.

From a new trial to a fresh dungeon, not to mention new weapon and tool enhancement quests, there's plenty to look forward to in this upcoming patch. And while the site doesn't have any screenshots just yet, we're sure they'll be coming soon.

Square Enix also reminds players of the upcoming shift for tomestones, which is probably old news for seasoned players but a helpful refresher for those who may be out of the loop. Just remember that tomestones of astronomy are on their way out, to be replaced by tomestones of causality and comedy becoming the weekly limited currency.
