Final Fantasy XIV's Latest Update Lets You Curry Favor With NPCs

Final Fantasy XIV Patch 3.55a went live yesterday and it brings with it the ability to curry favor with NPCs through "special deliveries." Players can make deliveries to NPCs that will increase their "satisfaction level" and reward players with "gil, blue and red crafters' scrips, or blue and red gatherers' scrips." Every time the satisfaction level increases, players will be granted "greater rewards" when they make deliveries.

Patch 3.55a also includes new anima weapon story quests, a new map for the Feast, and a "two-minute 'Sudden Death' period" for Feast matches that don't end within eight minutes. You can find the full set of patch notes here.
