Konami unveiled gameplay footage for Metal Gear Survive at Tokyo Game Show 2016, the first Kojima-lacking Metal Gear game. The demo is 15 minutes long, and pretty much what I expected.

In Survive, Mother Base Soldiers are inexplicably transported to another world through a wormhole, where shuffling zombies and a thick fog threaten your life. Players workstogether, sneaking around an open world to collect supplies and distract zeds before gutting zeds with a knife.

After watching the trailer I can safely safe, it ain't no Metal Gear.

I'm not sure who Konami is developing Survive for. Seems like a boardroom manufactured game—stripping elements from MGS V and infusing them with survival game tropes—for a quick buck. You should've stuck with milking pachinko machines Konami.
