Get Extra Dungeon Rewards In Lord Of The Rings Online In The New ‘Treasure Bugan’ Event

Standing Stone Games is hoping to encourage more Lord of the Rings Online players to run dungeons over the next few days with the new Treasure Bugan event. During the event, a Bugan (a goblin-like creature found in the game) will randomly spawn inside the dungeon carrying stolen treasure. Defeat the quick-footed thief to earn extra rewards in addition to the dungeon loot.

“World Renowned treasure seeker Theodore Gorse needs your assistance. All his priceless relics have gone missing! To participate in the Treasure Bugan Event, seek out Theodore Gorse in any Scaling Instances set to your level. You can even bring your friends and kinmates. Theodore will offer you a selection of cosmetic rewards for your help! Make sure to look out for a sneaky Bugan trying to escape with stolen treasures. Help stop many sneaky Bugan to receive even more rewards!”

Players can also complete the “Seeking the Treasure Bugans!” quest four times to earn a Virtue Acceleraton Tome, Virtue XP, and a variety of crafting supplies.

The Treasure Bugan event is now live and will run until July 27 at 12am PDT. Event details can be found on the Lord of the Rings Online official forums.
