Gran Saga Developer NPIXEL Announces New Open-World MMORPG Titled Chrono Odyssey
South Korean game development studio NPIXEL, the developer of the anime-themed mobile MMORPG Gran Saga, has just announced a new open-world fantasy MMORPG titled Chrono Odyssey. Unlike Gran Saga, the upcoming game will feature more realistic visuals and a unique job system that ties in with its space-time theme.
“Chrono Odyssey, which is formerly known as Project S, is an epic fantasy MMORPG about time and space. This project visualizes the story of members of the special organization, Idraiginn, waging a huge war against 12 gods.
In Chrono Odyssey, players can experience a vast world with immersive stories, universe, and realistic graphics. Moreover, players can also enjoy unique job systems, maps that transcends time and space, random dungeon utilizes multiple spaces, large-scale RVR contents, high strategies and excellent combat actions.”
Chrono Odyssey’s development is headed by NPIXEL CEO Spike Bong-gun Bae who is known for his work on DK Online and Seven Knights. The game will also feature an original soundtrack composed by Cris Velasco who’s done work for Overwatch, StarCraft, and God of War.
