Guild Wars 2’s Year Of The Tiger Lunar New Year Celebration Starts Next Week
Guild Wars 2 is gearing up to celebrate the Year of the Tiger with the return of the annual Lunar New Year event on January 25th. As with previous iterations, this year’s festivities will take place in Divinity’s Reach with the usual array of Lunar New Year activities and mini-games along with a few new ones to keep things fresh.
While ArenaNet has yet to reveal any information about the actual event, players can probably expect to see several mainstay activities such as the Celestial Challenge, the Dragon Ball PvP Arena, mount racing, and the Firecracker Lightning event. And since this year is marked out to be the Year of the Water Tiger, players can also expect to see various Tiger-themed rewards that can be earned by participating in the event.
