Legends Of Aria Concludes Final Alpha Test, Promises More Content

Legends of Aria is well on its way to Beta testing with the conclusion of the sandbox MMORPG’s Final Alpha test. Here’s what the devs had to say:

“I want to start by thanking everyone who participated in our latest “Final Alpha” test. Over 2500 players logged in during the 2 ½ week period and played for a total of 33,000+ hours! We have spent the last few days collecting all the feedback and reading through every single bug report.”

With the Alpha tests done, Citadel Studios says that they will be adding more content into the game including more characters and landmarks, improved POIs, and more immersive cities, including a new city in the Southern Rim and another one in the upcoming Eastern Frontier zone.

Aside from adding more content, Citadel says that they will also being shifting their focus to squashing bugs and polishing the game for Beta. “Almost every system in the game is going to get a polish pass between now and Beta,” says the devs. “As many of you who have been following us know, we are not going to release Beta until we are where we want to be. Stay tuned for a more specific announcement about the release date.”

The team will also be holding a Community Roundtable this weekend to talk about the game’s progress and their plans for the coming months. Check out the Legends of Aria official site for more details.
