If you’ve been itching for more Temtem action, get your gear ready because Temtem Swarm is coming to Steam Next Fest with a fresh demo from October 14th to the 21st. This creature-collector meets bullet-hell chaos has already seen some explosive numbers from its previous alpha and beta tests, and now it’s time for everyone to jump in and see what all the buzz is about.

Crema Games first unveiled Temtem Swarm earlier this year, promising a fresh twist to the familiar Temtem formula with the introduction of relentless bullet-hell shooter mechanics. Players can team up in co-op mode to fend off waves of Tems while dodging a screen full of projectiles. Think of it as the wild cousin of the original Temtem game which officially entered maintenance mode last month.

Crema also revealed some stats from Temtem Swarm’s recent closed beta test, The playtest ran from mid-September to early October and saw players deal a staggering 7.7 billion damage to 90 million Tems, with over 445,000 evolutions mid-battle. If those stats don’t say “this game is chaotic fun,” nothing will. With Steam Next Fest, even more players will get a chance to dive into the madness and rack up some serious in-game currency while they’re at it. Temtem Swarm has been designed for both bullet-hell newbies and veterans alike, whether you’re looking to catch ‘em all or just dodge for your life.

Steam Next Fest is an event packed with demos, dev interviews, and sneak peeks, so be sure to add Temtem: Swarm to your wishlist. And if you missed the beta, this demo is your chance to see how long you can outlast the swarm before it officially launches in Q4 2024.
