Lost Ark’s New Breaker Class, Story Update, And Catch-Up Events Roll Out Later Today
Lost Ark’s new Breaker advanced class is breaking into Arkesia with the launch of the tongue-twisting Break Through to Thaemine update. The Breaker is essentially the male version of the Scrapper class, and like its female counterpart, is armed with Heavy Gauntlets, mobility skills, and combos that can be used to deadly effect on the battlefield.
The update also brings the denizens of Arkesia ever closer to finding the location of the titular Lost Ark with the addition of new story quests and a new region to explore. “As the situation grows more unpredictable, players must face the chaos as they follow their path. The Light of Destiny update will reveal the location of the Lost Ark, which will bring us closer to the end of Story Chapter 1. It will be a story that answers some of the most important questions of the journey to find the Lost Ark after Voldis and brings players to a new location— Praeteria.”
Players who are lagging behind can also take advantage of the new Arkesia Tour catch-up event which features four tiers of missions for players to complete. “This event will make it easier for new and returning players to play with their friends and enjoy the end game, or help current players fill any gaps in their collection of horizontal content rewards,” Amazon explains. “Completing all the missions gives hundreds of rewards, such as runes, potions and more.”
There’s also the new Descend into Darkness event which offers various rewards to help push players from Item Level 1580 to 1600 in preparation for the Darkness Legion Commander’s arrival in April. This special event also includes a Gear Honing Support Effect as well as special missions to earn additional Raid & Abyssal Dungeon materials.”
