Lost Ark Temporarily Locks Down Two Zones Due To An Endless Loading Screen Bug

Amazon Game Studios has locked down the Haiger’s Manor and Rielvarr Ruins zones in Lost Ark following reports of an endless loading screen bug when entering them. The zones will remain locked until the developers can roll out a fix and players who attempt to enter them will be met with a message saying that the content is temporarily closed for maintenance.

“Our team has been tracking issues with Haiger’s Manor and Rielvarr Ruins causing characters to be stuck in an endless loading screen. We have been able to reproduce this issue internally and are currently working to get a fix to resolve it. Due to the ease of recreating this problem, we will be locking down both Haiger’s Manor and Rielvarr Ruins from entrance to help prevent users from experiencing the endless loading screen.”

Some players have also reported experiencing the bug in the South Vern Chaos dungeons although the bug is apparently only limited to Red portals. “We have not been able to reliably reproduce that issue, but we have seen multiple reports of it happening when entering a RED portal within the Chaos Dungeon,” said Amazon. “At this time we will not be locking South Vern Chaos Dungeons, however we do suggest that if you encounter a RED portal in your run to quit the dungeon rather than entering that portal.”

We’ll let you know once the affected zones have re-opened. You can also head over to the Lost Ark official site for more info.
