Lost Ark Re-Enables Free Powerpasses And Gives Out Compensation
Powerpasses have been re-enabled in Lost Ark after they were temporarily disabled almost a month ago. Players will now be able to use the free versions of the Punika and Vern Powerpasses while the purchased versions will remain disabled as the developers continue to work on fixing them.
As compensation, players who completed a quest to obtain a Powerpass and those with unused Powerpasses who logged in between July 23rd and August 15th will be granted a free Punika Growth Support Pack. The pack will be delivered automatically to eligible players’ Universal Storages and will include the following items:
- T3 Leapstone Selection Chest I
- Ancient Platinum Coin (20K Silver)
- T3 Fusion Material Selection Chest I
- Destruction Stone Crystal Pouch
- Guardian Stone Crystal Pouch
- Honor Shard Pouch (L)
Amazon still hasn’t explained why the Powerpasses were disabled in the first place but speculation points to the feature’s vulnerability to exploits by botters and real-money traders. The team promises to give an update on the matter soon.
