Mortal Online 2 Reports Another Hugely Successful Unreal Engine 5 Playtest
Mortal Online 2 developer Star Vault touts another successful Unreal Engine 5 playtest after it concluded its third round of testing for the upgrade last week. The team reports that the playtest was a “huge success” and that it helped them isolate and fix numerous bugs and issues and further improve performance in various areas of the game.
The recent updates made to the sandbox MMORPG’s structure placement also reportedly received lots of positive feedback from the game’s community. That being said, the Unreal Engine 5 upgrade isn’t quite ready for full release just yet.
Star Vault is planning another round of testing later today with more quality-of-life updates on deck, including improvements to archer AI behavior and item collision. In the meantime, the team is in the process of gathering feedback from last week’s test and are asking participants to fill out this Google form.
The UE5 PTR server will open up once more starting tomorrow on Tuesday the 21st of November at 2:00 PM CST.https://t.co/7iPBMc4Pq8
