Myth Of Empires Kicks Off Final Testing Round Ahead Of Its Relaunch On Steam

Myth of Empires is well on its way to full release on Steam next month with the full might of Snail Games behind it. To make sure that everything is working as they should, Angela Game has kicked off one final round of testing for the upcoming medieval multiplayer sandbox game.

The final playtest kicked off yesterday and looks to be its largest one yet, featuring a total of 18 servers across multiple regions. It also includes the new Dongzhou map, additional character customization options, horse breeding updates, and several new items, including climbing claws and a combat scythe wagon. Testing ends on Tuesday, January 30th.

The game itself will finally be relaunching on Steam on February 21st after a two-year copyright battle with Snail Games and its subsidiary Studio Wildcard over allegedly stolen code. Both parties have since settled their differences with Snail Games now taking on the mantle as Myth of Empires’ publisher.
