New Zones, Instances, And Content Coming To Aion And Aion Classic
Both Aion and Aion Classic are getting major updates over the next couple of weeks which will introduce new areas, new instances, and new challenges to both the original client and the newly-opened classic progression server.
First up is Aion’s Update 8.0 which will be dropping on September 29th with the new Apsaranta zone and Heart of Apsaranta end-game instance. The update will also feature an additional Oath system mechanic, new Daevanian Passive Skills, and Empyrean Lord Relics. The level cap will also be bumped up to level 85 to accommodate the newly-added content.
If you’re new to the game or are looking to roll a new character, a level 80 boosted character with appropriate gear and stigmas can be claimed via the Apsaranta’s Conquest event which will be kicking off alongside the update.
Over in Aion Classic, a challenging new instance called the Dark Poeta will be opening its doors with the release of Update 1.5 on October 13th. Take on Brigade General Anuhart and the instance’s other bosses for a chance to score Anuhart Equipment and Tahabata Weapons.
