Nexon Announces Global Service For New Looter Shooter PROJECT MAGNUM (PC / Console)

Nexon announced today that their new 'Looter Shooter' type game Project Magnum will be launching globally in English on both PC and consoles. The title is a placeholder and when the game moves closer to release we'll learn the real name and a lot more about it. For now, all we know is that it combines RPG gameplay with third person shooter elements and is set in a sci-fi world. It's a PvE shooter, so something like Destiny or Borderlands.

The game is developed by one of Nexon's internal studios, NAT Games, which is best known for V4, Overhit, and the mobile anime RPG Blue Archive

Project Magnum will be available in "most major markets worldwide". No word on what that means exactly, but I suspect a single global service will be available for North America and Europe at the minimum.

We'll learn more about Project Magnum in the future, but for now, this is all Nexon has disclosed.
