Nexon Reveals First Images Of The Final Fantasy XI Mobile MMORPG
According to Ruliweb, Nexon showed off the first few images from their upcoming mobile version of Final Fantasy XI at the 2016 Nexon Developers Conference. Seemingly titled "Final Fantasy XI Reboot," the new title runs on Unreal Engine 4 and is slated to be released on both Android and iOS.
The game is making use of some fancy networking tricks in order to ensure that the original game experience can be recreated on mobile. Features include efficient data storage and communication between clients and servers.
