Overwatch 2 Invasion Story Missions Go Live Tomorrow Starring John Cena
Blizzard Entertainment may have scrapped a large chunk of Overwatch 2’s PvE content, but players can still expect a smattering of new story missions every now and then. Invasion Story Missions will be making their way to the popular hero shooter tomorrow, August 10th, offering a brand-new co-op adventure for PvE fans starring John Cena as the mysterious Enigma.
“With the cities of Rio de Janeiro, Toronto, and Gothenburg under siege, it will be up to you to save the world. Dive into Invasion Story Missions featuring many of your favorite Overwatch 2 heroes and all-new challenging enemies. Will you be able to stop the forces of the Null Sector?”
PvP aficionados will also be getting new content in the form of new PvP maps, the new Flashpoint game mode, and the new support hero Illari. The update will also include a new battle pass and will set the stage for upcoming events including Overwatch 2’s first anniversary.
