Phantasy Star Online 2 Publishes CBT Stats Ahead Of Next Week’s Xbox One Open Beta
SEGA has just published a new dev blog revealing a number of interesting stats from the recently-concluded Phantasy Star Online 2 closed beta weekend. The dev blog gives fans a glimpse into player choices and progression during the closed beta as they eagerly await the start of open beta on the Xbox One next week.
According to Sega, Humans were the most popular of the four races at 35.50% followed by CASTs at 24.20%, Deumans at 20.30%, and Newman at 19.90%. A large portion of Humans and CASTs rolled male characters while Newmans mostly rolled females. Deumans were more or less equally divided between male and female characters.
Hunter was the most picked class at 24.30% with Braver coming in at a close second with 22.20%. Gunner, Fighter, and Techter were the least picked at 2.50%, 2.10%, and 1.10% respectively. Two players managed to reach the level 75 cap during closed beta while 73.60% were stuck below level 20. Of course, there’s the chance that most players decided to roll multiple classes during the test.
